Luxury 3-Bedroom Off-Plan Villa with Infinity Pool and Sea Views in Chlorakas(Ref.S-15503)

This is a collection of just seven bespoke luxury villas, being built in Chlorakas, Paphos, close to the beach. Each villa is spread over three levels, with plenty of space (the residences range from 300 to 500 m²) and views of the coastline and the sea. Large sliding glass doors let the sunset light fill the home, and the modern architecture sits comfortably in the landscaped surroundings.

The ground floor is a wide open-plan space for the kitchen, dining and living areas, with a separate pantry to keep things organised. The sliding doors open onto a covered veranda that leads straight to the pool and garden. The covered veranda also has movable louvred screens, so you can adjust the shade and the view.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and big windows. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a wide covered veranda looking out over the coast. The basement level provides utility rooms and a large multipurpose space that opens onto the garden, so it is bright and doesn’t feel like a typical basement. Each villa also has a roof garden.

Outside, each villa has its own infinity pool with a natural-style deck. The gardens are planted with local trees and plants for shade, and there is double covered parking.
